Dubrovnik Old Town

Day 2

Dubrovnik – Elaphiti Islands – Slano (Oyster Tasting) (B, L, T, CD)

Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik, the “Pearl of Adriatic.” Walk through Stradun – both a street and a square, the most famous place inside the town walls, the famous city enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most exciting sights of Dubrovnik. After returning to the ship, enjoy the magical scenery as the ship cruises around Dubrovnik city walls to continue to one of the Elaphiti islands for a swim stop. Afternoon arrival in Slano, a peaceful fishermen’s village and our starting point to Ston, a small fortified village famous for its oysters situated on the Peljesac peninsula. Peljesac peninsula is known as one of the best wine-producing regions in Croatia. After exploring the town, we leave to a small nearby village to enjoy the authentic local oyster tasting. Overnight and Captain’s Dinner in Slano.

Slano

Day 3

Slano – Mljet – Korcula (B, L)

In the morning, we head north to the Island of Mljet. Join the Cruise Manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park. Continue our cruise towards the Korčula island, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Overnight in Korčula, where you can enjoy a gourmet experience at multiple restaurants and bars.

Korcula Island

Day 4

Korcula – Bisevo – Vis (B, L)

Early in the morning, we sail to the small Biševo island to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions; however, you will be notified of this on time. Cruise towards the island of Vis, once restricted to the public, a strategic Yugoslav naval base. Due to this isolation, Vis has a unique charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was,” making it enjoyable to visit. Try some exquisite wine sorts in one of the Vis traditional wineries. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal place, City museum or take a walk enjoying the views. Overnight in the port of Vis.

Vis Island

Day 5

Vis – Hvar – Stari Grad (B, L)

In the morning, head further towards Hvar, the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic, with a swim stop and lunch on board. Afternoon arrival in Hvar town followed by a town tour – the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612. After the tour, set sail towards Stari Grad, one of the oldest cities in Europe, where you will overnight.

Hvar

Day 6

Stari Grad – Trogir (Krka National Park excursion) (B, L)

Early morning departure to the old Dalmatian town of Trogir. Trogir is sometimes referred to as a “miniature Venice” or a “mini Dubrovnik” because of its ancient walls, or a “floating museum town”, as it has a masterful architecture including some stunning Venetian palaces. You will discover the beauty of the Krka National park and the small access port of Skradin, where flora and fauna are exceptional. Overnight in Trogir.

Trogir

Krka Waterfalls

Day 7

Trogir – Split (B, L)

In the morning, join our guided tour of Trogir with a local tour guide. Set sail to Split with a stop along the way to swim and relax, if weather permits, with lunch on board. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Split to spend the night. Arriving in Split, join a guided tour of the city, visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical center of the town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy an evening in Split.

Cabins are situated On Deck and Lower Deck. On Deck, cabins can be located on the Main Deck (Deck on which you step as you embark the vessel) and on the Upper Deck (Deck on top of the Main Deck). Cabins on Lower Deck are actually in the hull of the ship. The advantage of cabins situated On Deck is the direct exit to sea and more fresh air. In contrast, cabins on Lower Deck are sometimes quieter (only fellow passengers who booked Lower Deck cabins will pass by, and not all passengers from your vessel and other vessels when docked) and comfortable because they are situated at sea-level, which chills cabins naturally. Hallways below Deck are often air-conditioned, which affects the temperature in cabins too. Cabins on Lower Deck mostly have little portholes.

If in the opinion of the ship's operator, any passenger behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger or distress to any third party, they reserve the right to terminate the person's travel (s) concerned without any refund.

  • Passengers on board are obliged to abide by the ship rules, as Captain is responsible for all passengers and crew safety. Captain has the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather or similar inappropriate conditions in ports to ensure safety on board.

  • All cruise departures are guaranteed. However, in an unlikely event that less than ten guests are booked, the ship operator reserves the right to cancel the departure and change the ship name. The new ship will be of a similar or higher class model.

  • Passports are to be shown to the Captain for registration on the first day of the cruise at check-in.

  • On board currency is Croatian Kuna. Debit/credit cards are not accepted onboard.

  • Jumping or diving from the ship during navigation is strictly forbidden. For safety reasons climbing on the masts is also prohibited.

  • During rough weather, any movement should be done with care and as little as possible. The floors can often be wet and slippery. Passengers should take extra care crossing between the ships when they are docked alongside in port. Do not hesitate to ask a crew member for assistance when crossing. Movement between ships is an individuals' responsibility.

  • Safety belts are placed under the seats in the dining area or below the cabins' bunks (depending on the ship).

  • As the ships are explicitly acoustic, all passengers are asked to behave accordingly. Special attention must be given to night peace onboard, which officially is at midnight. In National Parks, even earlier night peace is required, and guests will be notified of this.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking in the restaurant area and the cabins is not permitted, and when smoking on the deck, passengers must not throw cigarette butts out into the sea.

  • One must not take bed linens out of the cabins.

  • Please pay particular attention not to throw anything into the toilets except toilet paper.

  • Passengers are not permitted to bring drinks and food on board. That includes all drinks and food products purchased ashore in ports of call. The exceptions are personal care products, liquid medicine, food products specifically for infants, and special diets. Typical regional products purchased during visits to the ports will be stored on board to be returned to passengers at the cruise end.

  • Guests are obliged to respect meal times on board, which are placed on the board in the salon, and departure times while in port.

  • Any damage must be compensated to the Captain by the passenger. Lost cabin keys will be charged 150 kunas (20 EUR) per key.

  • It is strictly forbidden to throw rubbish into the sea.

  • Water is a problem on every vessel. Therefore please be very rational with it. The same applies to the electricity which runs on the generator.

  • Guests must close the portholes in cabins under deck during navigation to avoid their cabins getting wet by the seawater entering the cabin through the porthole.

  • The Captain and the crew will be available for any questions or queries and will do their best to make your stay on board a most pleasurable one. If Captain and his staff are not providing satisfactory service, please contact DigitalDetoxCruise.com for further help, as we aim to make you satisfied during your stay on board.

  • Service charge is not included in the price, and therefore please tip at your discretion.

  • We believe that tips should reflect good service and your satisfaction with the guide/cruise manager, crew, and overall tour. Crew gratuities are distributed equally among the crew. Tipping is voluntary and entirely at the discretion of individual trip participants. Your currency or Croatian Kuna is acceptable.

  • Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, ships are moored side by side, making it necessary for them to cross from one vessel to another with gaps in between vessels to get ashore. In such cases, clients need to take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk. The crew will assist those needing and requesting it.

  • Cruise is not recommended for clients in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

  • In case you would like to spend some nights sleeping on deck under the stars, we recommend you to take a sleeping bag because it is not allowed to take mattress, pillows, and sheets out of your cabin on deck.
